It's been a real pleasure - Thanks to this site, I became an AV100 expert (mpeg2, cutting & authoring to DVD).
Special Thanks to 'Sektionschef' for developing a great SW-Tool to batch-output mod-files onto hard disc.
BTW: My AV100, bought in November 2003, still works great and I still use it a lot.
I haven't  found any substitute on the market giving this terrific image quality at that size.

So this is my last post as well - Cheers everybody, Wink

This summer, I will be taking the forum down, as I try to consolidate my domain costs.  If there are files and information which should be saved, please do download it.

I haven't used my SV-AV100 that much this year.  I was thinking of selling it.  Anyone interested?

Unit has a slight dent that I got a few years ago, but otherwise works perfectly.  No scratches that I can see.

I have the original box (definitely and manuals).  All included accessories (I think.. need to check the closet to make sure everything is there)...

I have an additional kodak battery that is compatible with this camera and a Kodak AC charger that works with the Kodak battery and the original Panasonic battery.  Note: Batteries may not last as long as when I originally got them due to age. I'll throw in a 2GB SD card. also.

Make an offer, email: mogulman@yahoo.com

Don't PM on here as I don't check that often.

Dear all

A new version V1.99985beta of my tool SDcopy is available:

new features:
-added new ini-key use_modificationtime, usage:
use_modificationtime=1...will always use the modification time of the original mod file
use_modificationtime=0...will always use the creation time of the original mod file
use_modificationtime=2(default, in case no key is present): use the oldest of these two. If you haven't encountered any problems with the file modification time in previous versions then just omitt this key or set it to 2.
- if the key datetimeformat of the ini-file is left blank then SDcopy will use the original filename instead of renaming the file with its date and time.
- added the ability to specify a source file and a target file via SDcopy's commandline interface.
If a source file is specified then just this single file will be processed. If a target file is specified then the source file will be copied to the target file.
It is possible to specify a source file and a target folder but it is not possible to specify a source folder and a target file.
In case a target file is specified option /T: will also append the user text to the target file while the key datetimeformat of the ini-file will be ignored.

bug fixes:
- in rare situations SDcopy hung in previous versions and needed to be closed via task manager.Fixed.
- SDcopy now correctly preserves the file times, in previous versions this
only worked in manual mode.

As usual, please report any problems with this version directly here into this board.

I live in the UK and bought my SV-AV100 from the states a couple of years ago. I seem to remember reloading the firmware to convert it to PAL. I will try to remember what I did. All I know is it works fine and produces DVD's that my PAL tv accepts
